Work Holiday Pass (under Work Holiday Programme)
The Work Holiday Pass (under the Work Holiday Programme) allows eligible foreign students and young graduates to live, work and holiday in Singapore for a short period. The programme is designed to promote cultural exchange and provide international exposure to young talents while allowing them to gain work experience in Singapore.
Holders of this pass are allowed to work for Singapore-registered companies and explore the country during their stay.

Appeal Against a Rejected Work Holiday Pass Application
If your Work Holiday Pass application is rejected, you may submit an appeal to MOM.
Appeals should include:

Appeals should generally be submitted within 3 months of the rejection notice.
Cancelling a Work Holiday Pass
A Work Holiday Pass should be cancelled if:

The pass is no longer required
The cancellation can be submitted through the MOM work pass portal.
Replacing a Lost or Damaged Work Holiday Pass Card
If your Work Holiday Pass card is lost, damaged or stolen, you should apply for a replacement immediately.

Step 2: Check that you have the full set of documents required for the application.

Step 4: Inform us that the form has been completed and make payment. Please note that we will only process the Work Holiday Pass (Under Work Holiday Programme) application after we have received payment.
Once the application is approved (in-principle approval), you can travel to Singapore.
